The Kona Beach Hotel is located in the heart of the village of Kailua, Kona, Hawaii. It is tucked away right next to Kailua's wharf and is an excellent location for those wanting to enjoy Kailua's shops, boutiques, activities and restaurants. It is also a great location for exploring the Big Island's many attractions.

General Information

All rooms feature air conditioning, private lanais, a refrigerator and television. It is home to the Kona Beach Restaurant, an award winning dining venue that offers wonderful cuisine and ambiance. The Billfish Bar is located by the excellent swimming pool and the hotel also offers a full-on luau at the Island Breeze Luau grounds. Of special interest is the Ahu'ena Heiau, an ancient temple reconstructed during King Kamehameha's rule of the Hawaiian Islands, which is located on the hotel property. Many artifacts from past times are exhibited throughout the hotel and make for a very interesting glimpse into Hawaii's past.
