The Kaanapali Alii sits on the golden sands of Kaanapali Beach, centrally located amidst the oceanfront hotels along Kaanapali Parkway. This condominium is next to the Westin Maui and close to Whalers Village shopping complex and museum. Just steps from the hotel, a paved beach walk connects you to a myriad of open-air restaurants and the great snorkeling spots around Black Rock. Two championship golf courses are within walking distance of the resort and activities kiosks line the beach walk offering an array of beach activities and excursions. 

Beach enthusiasts and sun worshippers love Kaanapali’s location in the heart of West Maui as it offers some of the sunniest conditions on the island. With everything from luaus to snorkeling within walking distance, one need never actually leave Kaanapali Beach, but public trolleys and busses run continuously providing easy accessibility to Lahaina just a short three miles away.

General Information:
The Kaanapali Alii offers the space, privacy and comforting sense of home while still providing the amenities of a hotel resort. While there is no restaurant onsite, the resort does offer room service, in-room coffee and guest charging privileges at select restaurants along the beach walk. Rental apartments in four oceanfront towers ranging from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet are available. Units are completely furnished with fully equipped kitchens, separate living and dining rooms, two full baths and private, oversized lanais.

Guests may choose from a variety of one-bedroom units that accommodate 1-4 persons or two-bedroom units that accommodate a maximum of 6 and are categorized based on view and furnishings:
