The Kapalua Villas Maui Resort is located approximately 30 minutes north of Lahaina in the area of Kapalua.  Nestled within the 1,650 acre Kapalua Resort is located on the northwest coast of Maui, The Villas are situated on three white sand beaches. One of these is Kapalua Bay Beach, known by the locals as Old Fleming Beach and consistently voted as the best beach in America. These privately owned condominiums are adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and share many of the same amenities.

Kapalua, known for its world-class golf courses, sits on a remote northwest sector of Maui. Although surrounded by beautiful scenery, this somewhat secluded location is relatively quiet with very limited nightlife or entertainment. But, it is the perfect location for those who come to Maui to play golf and relax. Due to its geographical position on the island, Kapalua tends to be windier and more prone to unsettled weather than the more protected neighboring resort areas of Napili and Kaanapali to its south. However, Kaanapali Beach and Lahaina are a short drive away for those wanting a little more activity.

General Information:
The complex has 280 privately owned oceanfront, ocean-view, or fairway-view villas with one, two, or three bedrooms. The villas are situated in three clusters of six to eight unit buildings spread throughout the resort. Each villa cluster has 3-4 swimming pools with barbeque areas in garden settings. The resort includes three golf courses and The Kapalua Villas are the only Maui condominium rentals with Kapalua golf and resort privileges. The complex does not have its own restaurant, but guests can dine at the Ritz-Carlton.
