Castle Ocean Resort Hotel Waikiki

The Castle Ocean Resort Hotel is located in Waikiki, just one block from the Kapiolani Park and a block back from Waikiki Beach. Diamond Head is only one short mile away and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. While it is in a good location and reasonably priced, it is an excellent choice for small families because of its proximity to both Queen Kapiolani Park and the Children's Pool on Waikiki Beach.

General Information:

The lobby offers the feel of the islands as soon as you arrive at the Castle Ocean Resort Hotel with a long rock wall and potted orchids. There is on site dining which offers a variety of excellent dining. Wireless internet access is available in the lobby and with the two outdoor pools, work and relaxation is a possibility

The smoke free resort offers 450 fully air conditioned rooms that are fully equipped with furnished lanais.

The Ocean Resort Swimming Pools

The pool area shows a lot of deferred maintenance and would not be a first choice to hang out at. While there are some lounge chairs, the area is just not at all appealing.

The Ocean Seafood and Steak House

The Ocean Seafood and Steak House is the lobby restaurant that serves dinner every night. The rooms are fully decorated with teal carpets, beds with nice sheets and a light wood furniture, but be aware this is an older hotel that has not been refurbished recently.
