The Pacific Beach Hotel is located on Kalakaua Blvd directly across the street from Waikiki Beach. It is about three blocks to Queen Kapiolani Park and about the same to Kuhio Beach (the very center of Waikiki's beach scene.) Everything is within easy walking distance.

The Pacific Beach Hotel is a favorite with those interested in Hawaii's ocean creatures as the hotel's lobby features a huge (280,000 gallon) Oceanarium that features fish and other sea life from the Pacific Ocean. The hotel's SCUBA divers feed the fish by hand several times a day. The Hawaiian Rainforest Salon and Spa is another great feature of the Pacific Beach Hotel if you are looking for local spa services. The Pacific Beach Hotel's 4 restaurants all take excellent advantage of the hotel's aquarium.

There are several shops within the hotel lobby itself and even more around the hotel. The hotel has a large Japanese following so be prepared for many international tourists to contend with at this hotel
