Opening in December of 2006, this beach resort stretches across almost eight acres along Lewers Street, Beach Walk, and Kalia and Saratoga Roads. The resort's entertainment complex offers Roy's Waikiki and the Holokai Grill restaurants, featuring native island cuisine. Fine dining is offered at Ruth's Chris Steak House and the Yard House. The resort boasts live entertainment and over 40 retailers in the complex.

Fairfield Waikiki Beach Walk Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, "Get Out & Play" activities program, arcade/game room and exercise equipment.
